What information we collect from you

In General.
We receive and store any information you enter on our Platform or give us in any other way. This includes information that can be used to identify you as an individual or to contact you directly ("personal information"). Personal information includes information you provide us such as your first and last name, telephone number, postal and email addresses, user name and password. We do not collect any credit card or payment information from the user. We may also request information about your travel plans, activities and other events for contact tracing purposes as required by the company “Autohub Group” as well as the local Department of Health (DOH) in support for preventing the spread of Covid19 disease. You can choose not to provide this personal information to us, but in general some information about you is required in order for you to receive relevant announement from Autohub Group. For example, company announcement, events and in attending to all support request raised by the users. Other information we may choose to collect may also include details such as your IP address, information identifying your device, and Platform browsing history to the extent that information is about you.

Information About Others.
You will have the opportunity to provide contact and travel-related information for other people through our Platform. If you scan QR Code for someone else through AUTOHUB ASSIST, you will need to submit that individual’s personal information limitted to First Name and Last name, please, date and time. You must obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their personal information. These information we collect using Q.R code scanner can only be accessed upon the request of the company “Autohub Group” required by LAQ and/or with the consent of the user. Information from Other Sources. We do not collect information using other 3rd party platforms or sources.

Automatic Collection of Information.
We automatically collect some information from your computer or Device when you visit or Login to AUTOHUB ASSIST. For example, we will collect session data, including your IP address, Web browser software, and referring Platform. We also may collect information about your online activity, such as content viewed, pages visited, and searches and/or reservations facilitated or made. One of our goals in collecting this automatic information is to help us understand the interests and preferences of our users and customize your user experience.

Payment Information.
AUTOHUB ASSIST do not collect any information payment such as credit card information or any other forms of payment method online. We may offer members the option to save information related to method and choice of payment on our Platform. If you save such payment details on AUTOHUB ASSIST, you will be able to add, delete, or modify that information at any time in Account Settings.

Location Information and Other Information from Devices.
When you use an Application on a Device, we will collect and use information about you in generally similar ways and for similar purposes as when you use the AUTOHUB ASSIST Platform. In addition, we may collect information about your location if you have instructed your Device to send such information to the Application via the privacy settings on that Device, or if you have uploaded photos tagged with location information. We may use the location information collected from your Device or photos to enhance your use of the Application by providing you with relevant content and contextual advertising. You can change the privacy settings of your Device at any time, in order to turn off the functionality to share location information with the Application and/or the functionality to tag your photos with location information. Please note that turning off location sharing may affect certain features of our App. If you have any queries about the privacy settings of your Device, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your Device or your mobile service provider for help.

We collect information via cookies and other similar technologies (such as web beacons). Cookies are small text files that are automatically placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit almost any Platform. They are stored by your Internet browser. So, for example, if you search for a any car variant on AUTOHUB ASSIST, you may see an ad for related to that variant.

We never share your information to any third-party or organization. Response to Do Not Track signals Your web browser may transmit a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal to Autohub “AUTOHUB ASSIST” and other Platforms. Autohub “AUTOHUB ASSIST” does not currently respond to DNT signals. We want to make it easy for you to take advantage of vehicle inquiry on our Platform. One way we do this is by sending you email messages that contain information about your inquiry-related interests in accordance with your marketing preferences. For example, if your marketing preference is to receive email marketing messages, then if you search for a specific car model on our Platform, we may send you an email message about promos and events . We believe these email messages will provide you with useful information about your interest and special offers available through our sites. Autohub never share your information to any third-party or organization outside the Autohub Group. All information you provided is only for company used and never shared to any partners, vendors or to any Autohub affiliations.

If you choose to create a profile on AUTOHUB ASSIST, certain information in your profile will be publicly viewable and identifiable by clicking your screen name. You will have the ability to view your profile as members of the public will see it. Additionally, if you choose to participate in our member-to-member communications programs (e.g. notifications and private messaging), other AUTOHUB ASSIST users may contact you by using AUTOHUB ASSIST platform. Your mobile number and e-mail address might also be visition to other Autohub employees for any business related use. AUTOHUB ASSIST never share information to any non-Autohub employees; How Long We Keep Your Information for

We may retain certain information associated with your account in our archives, including for analytical purposes as well as for record-keeping integrity. The periods for which we retain your information depend on the purpose for which we collected it and we use it and in accordance to Data Privacy set Law. You also can add or update information and close your account as described above. If you decide to close your AUTOHUB ASSIST account, we will deactivate your account and remove your profile information from active view.

Please note that after you close an account, you will not be able to sign in or access any of your personal information. However, you can open a new account at any time.
When you register as a member of AUTOHUB ASSIST you will have the opportunity to provide us with your marketing preferences, and will be given a choice as to whether you want to receive email marketing messages from AUTOHUB ASSIST. As a registered AUTOHUB ASSIST member, you can modify your choices at any time through the Email Settings of your subscriptions page.
Whether registered as a AUTOHUB ASSIST member or not, you also will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from promotional messages in any such email we send.
